so..
I have lost 1.6 pounds this week. OK, so I realize now that though the smart ones desserts are small in points..it does not mean that due to the fact you have 15 points left over you can eat three desserts.. Yeah.. that would be what has hindered last weeks success rate. I”m sorry I have a problem with sugar, sweets..etc Last night after the meeting.. I went to a local resturant and ate.. cheeder cheese potato soup..which came in this amazing bread bowl.. omg.. So shouldn’t have ate it.. but I did…and then.. I did the next best thing..I shouldn’t have done that either..and I don’t do it a lot..it’s just a fall back sometime.. I won’t do it again.. it’s just.. I don’t know.. errrr
we all fall back once in while, the important thing is that we get right back on and keep going. awesome job on the 1.6 lbs though!!
