i just got a new job. i’m working plenty of doubles. i joined a gym and i’m finding plenty good excuses not to go like i’m tired as hell doesn’t help the matter. i don’t know

    Well, really concentrate on the food part of your plan for right now. For one week just concentrate on that and give it all you got. And then maybe the next week phase in two work out days. Just don’t give up though. You can do it. :)

    thanks for the add! Reading your blog, I can really sympathize. I mean,I’m only a few days into this,and still feeling pretty good about it,but I also know the feeling where you just don’t have the energy-but it’s a vicious cycle! If you get up and move you WILL feel better,but you feel too tired to get up and move! But just like rudolph says,”just put one foot in front of the other,and soon you’ll be walkin’ out the door…”
